Please complete all of the fields in the following form as accurately as possible - if you would like to update your information at any time in our database, simply re-submit a new submission form. Following the completion of your application (photos included), an email will be sent to your listed email address within three to five business days to confirm that your submission has been received. From there, completed submissions (with photos) will be reviewed by our staff and selected applicants will be contacted to set up an interview and/or catalogue shoot appointment.
After completing this form, please email 6-8 of your best photos in .jpg format to info@kaycephotography.com with "Model Submission Photos" as the subject line followed by your full name. These photos will be used solely for model consideration purposes by our staff during the review process, and will not be sold, redistributed, or published in any way. While professional model shots are preferred and encouraged, general photos that are clear in quality are also sufficient for consideration. Your information will NOT be used by any other company besides Kayce Photography & Kayce Models, or for any other purpose besides consideration for upcoming modeling opportunities. If selected for a photoshoot for our Model Catalogue, models are NOT bound by any legal contract to Kayce Models, and are still free to pursue other opportunities.
