KAYCE PHOTOGRAPHY MODEL SUBMISSION FORM // Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal & Calgary
Please complete ALL of the fields below as accurately as possible - your information will be added to your individual profile in our database for consideration. Following the completion of your application, an email will be sent to your email address within 1-2 weeks to confirm that your submission has been received. From there, completed submissions (form + photos) will be reviewed by our staff and selected applicants will be contacted via email and/or phone to set up an Interview and/or Catalogue Shoot appointment. If you would ever like to update your contact information or submission photos in the future, simply send in a fresh application.
After completing this form, please email 6-8 of your BEST individual photos to in .JPG format to info[at]kaycephotography.com with "Model Submission Photos" as the subject line followed by your full legal name. Your photos will be used solely for model consideration purposes by our staff during the review process, and will not be sold, redistributed, or published in any way. While high-quality portfolio photos are preferred, good quality digital camera photos are also acceptable. If you have any questions regarding our company, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your information will NOT be used by any other company besides Kayce Photography & Kayce Models, or for any other purpose besides consideration for upcoming modeling opportunities. If selected for a KP Model Catalogue shoot or Hush Vixens shoot, models are NOT bound by any legal contract to Kayce, and are still free to pursue other opportunities.
